Training Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to ticketed trainings offered by Dr. Felipe Castro Behavioral Institute LLC. By registering for a training, participants acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation, refund, and transfer terms.
Cancellations Made at Least 7 Days in Advance
Cancellations requested at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start of the training are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days in Advance
Cancellations requested less than seven (7) calendar days before the training are nonrefundable.
However, the, the registration fee may be transferred one time to another available training offered within six (6) months of the original training date.
Transfers are subject to availability. Any unused registration credit will expire six (6) months after the original training date.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend the training and do not provide advance notice are considered no-shows.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund or registration transfer.
Training Cancellation by the Organizer
If Dr. Felipe Castro Behavioral Institute LLC cancels a training, registered participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Rescheduled Trainings
If a training is rescheduled, participants may choose to:

Attend the training on the new date; or

Request a full refund.
How to Request a Cancellation, Transfer, or Refund
All requests must be submitted by email to:

Please include:

The participant’s full name
-
The training name and date
-
The order number
-
The type of request: cancellation, transfer, or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement
A minimum of two participants is required for this group training to take place. If minimum enrollment is not met, the registered participant may transfer their registration to the next available training date or request an individualized training at a different rate.
If the participant selects individualized training, the original registration payment will be applied toward the individualized training fee, and the remaining balance must be paid before the session.
If neither option is suitable, the participant may request a full refund to the original payment method.
